These are the components for the Throttle assembly.

The screw adjusters are fitted first and are locked up as any adjustment will be done from the engine end.

The cable end captures are fitted next. They must swivel with the movement of the throttle lever so they have a Nyloc nut.

The outer cables are cut to 1400mm and the ends are cleaned up to ensure they don’t rub on the inner cables. A ferule is added to the cable end.

Once the cables and ferrules are added they are wire locked and a piece of heat shrink is place over the top to finish off.
