Two manufacturers were considered, Garmin and Dynon. I’ve decided to order Dynon as it seems to be a much more integrated system with autopilot, 8.33Mhz radio and transponder. The installation also seems to be easier.

I have chosen twin 10″ SkyView HDX screens, with autopilot, radio, intercom and knob panel.

Landing Lights

The landing and taxi lights are an option when you order the aircraft kit. So it will have 2 high power LED lights embedded in the wing. I’ve decided to add a controller to that will allow Wig Wag and Strobe to the landing lights for extra conspicuity.

Strobes, Position and Navigation Lights

Having reviewed the available external lighting I’ve decided to install Aveo strobes

PowerBurst NG DayLite

and a steady and strobe red beacon on the tail.
